The owner, Marshall, came out personally to clean our AC condenser and do a full system check. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to make sure our system is running efficiently for the heat. You can tell he really cares about his business and his customers. Highly recommend! Will definitely be using him for all of our AC/heater needs going forward.

Doug is a FANTASTIC technician! He's thorough, knowledgable, and genuinely open about how he assess a problem. I am soooo glad I finally found someone honest WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, and doesn't try to shake me down for money by doing unnecessary work. We are so grateful to have been recommended Air Marshall LLC! We needed to clean and reroute the duct from our dryer back out through the roof since the previous owner of our home had it venting through the garage creating a humidity nightmare. Marshall himself came out to fix the issue and he was so friendly, prompt, efficient, and the pricing was very fair. We only wish we had known about him sooner!

We received from Air Marshall. They were highly recommended by our neighborhood group so when we decided it was time to have our AC serviced proactively we gave them a call. Doug came out and was so friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing, found an issue that was easily resolved, left everything clean, and was really fun to talk with. Hopefully we'll never need AC repairs but we look forward to seeing Air Marshall every year for annual service.
